Cristiano Quagliozzi

I was born in Rome in 1983. Drawing has been the privileged means to express myself since childhood, which led me to choose artistic studies as soon as possible, enrolling at an artistic high school in Rome, after which I graduated with honors, at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, at the Chair of painting of the master Andrea Volo. Both during the academic period and afterwards, I was present in several art publications and I participated in art exhibitions and residencies in Italy and abroad.
In December 2008 my first personal exhibition Astral Concepts took place at the L'Acquario di Roma gallery, where I exhibited works whose poetics develop on the relationship between the human face and its identity, metaphorically linked to the unfathomable distance of the stars. whose light travels unbridgeable distances.
In March 2014 the ilbro "When men did not have wings" (Polìmata editions) was published, which contains my ink drawings which were exhibited in the personal exhibition "Pagine Aperte" at the 291 East gallery, curated by of Giovanna from the Church. Inspired by the book, a review takes place in three editions involving numerous artists.
