Biography
Mohamed Elzohiry .. Egyptian Artist and Curator Born in Alexandria where he studied Art and Sculpture at the Faculty of Fine Arts on 2008 ...Zohiry has been working in the field of Art management in different Art organizations inside and outside Egypt beside his Artistic practice. He Co-curated Number of Group Exibtions in Bibliotheca Alexandrina, TAM Gallery Cairo and New Arts Exchange Gallery UK
Zohairy has shown his work in different galleries and Art organizations in Alexandria, Cairo, Dubai and Nottingham UK
Mohamed Elzohiry has been always working on the relationship between the Human and the surroundings and the bond between them. His photography work been exploring the social life in Egypt during the period of 2000s and on 2011 the political events after the Egyptian revolution and it's relation with people who lived it's incidents
had severe effect on his photography and video Art and he expressed that in series of Artwork Collections and participated in a lot of Artistic events.
On 2014 he started going globally to travel to different countries and during his stay in Nottingham he worked at NAE Gallery on a group Exhibition called "Hyson Green:
Hidden Colors" where he has been observing the social diver...

-Seventies – little drops of Heaven: Photography exhibition and workshop aimed to create an
echo for the life style of seventies era in our contemporary world with Jesuit Cultural Center .
- Hyson Green Hidden Colors: A colorful photography installation capturing the multicultural
identity of Hyson Green Area during my Stay at Nottingham city, . This exhibition was
created at New Art Exchange Gallery, Nottingham , UK

- “Help Portrait Egypt” project. In this project I worked with other photographers in Alexandria
on fundraising for social activities through taking portraits for wealthy people and using the
generated income to help people in financial need.
-Participated in the” Alexandria in the Eyes of youth “Photography Exhibition that was held in
Bratislava, Miloslavov & Stupava, Slovakia.
-My revaluation diaries Photography Exhibition in both Greece & Alexandria , Documenting
the Egyptian revolution.2010
-Participated in Agenda Exhibition at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina years 2009 -2010- 2012
-Participated In Youth Salon years 2009-2011-2012
-Participated in” RED RIBBON CAMPAIGN'' The International Contest for Aids day organized by
