Fred Bell

I paint everyday in my home studio. My subject matter changes but my style stays the same. It is always from me. My work is about the world around me both inner and outer. I look to other artists for inspiration, photographs and life. Sometimes my paintings are from imagination and other times from life.

I started my career by studying with the famous Henry Hensche at the Cape School in Provincetown, MA. I studied with Hensche for six summers. After moving to New York City I studied at the Art Students League, and the New School.
