Salomeya Bauer

I grew up in North Caucasus, in a city, which held a «hot spot» status through my whole childhood.
In 2014 I came back to my homeland, Georgia, and fully devoted myself to the art. The contrast of mentalities, religions and social structures I lived in, made a big influence on me as a painter. My art can be perceived as one addressing actual problems, but it is important for me to capture the timeless contradictions of human nature, as a fragile, helpless and very strong creature in the same time’’

2009-2014: Gerasimov Institute of cinematography, Film Directing - Specialist.
