Taras Kocherzhat

Taras was born in the village of Stary Kosov. He started drawing from an early age: he often went to sketches.He studied at the Verbovets school, participated in exhibitions of student works, exhibited his paintings in the district Center for Children's Creativity. It was at school that the young man decided to connect his life with the profession of an artist. Taras enters the Kosiv School of Decorative and Applied Arts, and after graduation he continues to study at the Kosiv Institute. Here he masters various drawing techniques. The student persistently seeks and develops his creative approach and style of painting. His favorite topics: landscapes, flowers, most of which he writes out of imagination.Landscape becomes the main direction in the work of the young artist.
Taras recreates in his paintings the beauty of his native land, depicts trees, flowers, rivers, mountains, Hutsul houses, Hutsuls, horses and the vast sky. The artist's sky is very interesting, diverse, as if lined with crystals that shimmer with colored colors.
