My path into the art world is far from conventional.

Over the last 30 years, I worked on Wall Street before following my entrepreneurial spirits to Silicon Valley where I helped build two technology companies. It was during a self-imposed break from work in 2012 when my long-standing passion for art became a practice of making art. From that point forward, I have produced a broad portfolio of work and it is my intention to create more than simple visual encounters.

I don’t want you to just see my work. I want you to discover it. In a world where information emerges quickly and disappears just as fast -- Twitter posts, Instagram reels, ephemeral news cycles - I would like to pull us back the other way and absorb more than a fleeting image or a brief headline. My method is to combine mediums, subjects and themes in unexpected ways. I often make you question exactly what you are looking at and ask you to consider provocative topics in these layered compositions that beg you to spend more than just a few seconds digesting.

I studied studio art at the University of California, San Diego while earning a BA in Economics, Magna Cum Laude. I also earned an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and completed The General Course at the London School of Economics.
