"I grew up breathing the air of the craftsman´s studio and learned much from my blacksmith father in his riverside workshop, surrounded by one of Rome´s anonymous suburbs. I have been fortunate enough to meet great personalities from the worlds of art and architecture who have helped me to experiment with matter and design and have opened up a new language for me to explore.
I base my work on a continuous experimentation with metals and other natural matter. I draw inspiration from nature´s inexhaustible beauty and space in its simplest, most archaic forms, inventing textures that evoke the secret harmony from which the cosmos is woven."
Was born in Rome in 1967. Encouraged to learn all about iron by his craftsman father, he specialized in contemporary design, partnering with international architecture offices that involved him directly in experiments applied to new product lines and materials, while at the same time working in close contact with internationally renowned artists to create large-scale installations.
