Grace De George

Hello! My name is Grace De George! I grew up in the small town of Bayport on Long Island, New York. At a very young age- for as long as I can remember really- I have always had a fascination and true passion for art. I started with small comic strips and cartoons, eventually adapting new styles and evolving from crayons and markers to charcoal and acrylic paints. For me art has always been my main form of expression. While I do enjoy writing, over the years I discovered that visual art became a platform for me to express feelings I could not fit into words, whether verbally spoken or written. Art is a very large part of who I am as a person, and my love for creating and expressing ideas was what led me to creating this account and selling my artwork. Also college is expensive and art supplies are never cheap so that was a big motivating factor as well.

I graduated from Bayport Blue Point High School in 2017, and I am currently a freshman at the Hartford Art School, which is a part of the University of Hartford in Connecticut.
