My work is related to emptiness, abandonment, absence. It expresses itself by seeking for lack in objects, in symbols. Revisiting memories and feelings trying to give them a new meaning.

Resignify.

I feel like a constant mourning for everything I encounter, mourning its oblivion, bringing that feeling to a new significance.

Absence needs to be fulfilled, revisited, perhaps contradictorily with emphasis on emptiness, as to reinforce the lack of explicit meaning.

I want to reduce that idea, this lack in my work to express only that. Reduce to heart. Reduce so that there is nothing else.

Only emptiness.
