Jennifer Morrow was born in Northern Ireland, in 1988. Although born in a small city she has travelled extensively visiting Europe, Asia, Australasia, America, the UK and Ireland. Studying in local colleges and universities her love for painting was founded at a young age. Social and cultural issues have always influenced and established a dialogue in her work but the main subject has always been the people she has encountered along the way.

After achieving a First Class Honors in Fine Art at the University of Ulster she was funded by Northern Ireland Arts Council to complete an artist residency in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Her work was exhibited in the National Gallery alongside some of Thailand’s most recognized artists. Through this, a love for teaching and constructive practice was established. Gaining experience through lecturing at Chiang Mai University she returned home to further her education in teaching. In 2015 she was awarded a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Part Masters). A change in personal circumstances meant she was unable to continue this path but still enjoys teaching one on one within a workshop environment.
