Delmas Jean-Louis

Jean-Louis DELMAS is a french artist. He works his oil painting on canvas in successive layers, laid after a waiting time to ensure drying.

By this process he gets a certain relief of the pictorial material which allows the color to produce subtle effects according to his intensity.

The paintings are elaborated in this workshop from the sketches made on the motif. The landscapes can be modified according to the imagination to ensure a balance of colors.

Each work is unique and is not reproductible even by the artist himself. Jean-Louis strives to make his work pass through the color and the peace he feels during their elaboration.
