Janet Mary Robinson

Janet was born in 1982, in Fife, Scotland. A misspent childhood drawing farm animals and wildlife inspired her to study Scientific and Natural History Illustration at Blackpool & the Fylde School of Art. Upon graduating in 2004 she continued to draw farm animals and wildlife, and many other things. Her work is featured in private collections worldwide and she has exhibited in galleries and shows throughout the UK. She has a particular interest in Madagascar and has worked on several illustration projects connected with the country, notably the Ako Project .html.

Janet founded Ellel Artists' Studios in 2010 and is a co-founder of design company Scribbleleaf.
