Kim Hubar

I live in Canada where the feeling of wide open spaces, news, objects, and people in the environment affects my art a lot. It teaches me about myself. I worked with traditional water colors and acrylic a number of years ago, but having come from a career background working with computers in various ways, Digital Art is a natural medium that I really enjoy. It just plain makes me smile.

I am self taught, with knowledge shared from some awesome internet teachers that got me started, like Aaron Rutten, Corel Painter, Wacom, and Karen Sperling, as well as inspiration from artists all over the world.

Shown at the Center for Creative Arts, Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada and my Wearable Art has shown at the Saskatchewan Craft Council. My art is available as prints from Saatchi Art.
