Roman Kenviel

My name is Roman Konovalov (Kenviel). I was born in Yoshkar-Ola in 1982, Russia. I studied at the Moscow Academy of Water Transport. While studying at the university became interested in art. In my student years I worked an assistant for the installation of works of art in the Tretyakov Gallery, in the State Museum of Fine Arts. A.S. Pushkin, in the Multimedia Art Museum in Moscow. After university, I began working as a photographer, was a secular photographer. I live and work in Moscow. Now I am artist.

I started drawing in 2015. Listened course of Modern & Contemporary Art - Conceptions and Practice in online school "Profileschool". Now I am studying at first online school of contemporary art in Russia (www.art.sredaobuchenia.ru). I am studing in artist Arseny Zhilyaev's workshop.

Participated in the exhibition Russian Art Park 2018. Several works were presented at the charity auction INCLUSION 2.0 in support of the Trust Fund Golfstream 2018. Participated in the exhibition Primavera, in the art space of the Renaissance Monarch Moscow Center 2019.
