Kora Jünger

born 1973, lives near Berlin in a nature park and has 2 brilliant kids. She shares life and work with Frank Deimel, a passionate and gifted luthier for electric guitars (). Art and music is their life.

Kora holds a MFA in New Genres from the San Francisco Art Institute, California, and a diploma + "Meisterschüler" of Visual Communications of Hochschule für bildende Künste Hamburg in Germany.
She has received stipends and grants as i.e. the Fulbright Fellowship, the Artist Work Fellowship of the city of Hamburg, the Günther-Peill-Fellowship, the studio stipend GMS of the city of Hamburg, the International Scholarship of the San Francisco Art Institute, and Jack K. and Gertrude Murphy Fine Arts Fellowship
