Luana Asiata

Luana Asiata is a London based artist with a background in Fine Arts and Graphic Design. Asiata creates abstract interpretations through intimate drawings and paint studies that focus on identity and belonging, triggered by memories from her travels, nature and people. Layering bold colours, patterns and shapes she creates a visceral, tactile scene that feels modern and familiar.

Asiata has been shortlisted in the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition 2022 / 2021.

Asiata came Runner-Up in the 'Spotted' Awards at Top Drawer S/S 2020, the UK's leading international design-led event which showcases new up and coming designers to watch.
