Marcia Brown

I am Marcia Brown, a Leeds-based artist with a master's degree in Contemporary Fine Art Practices. I've had the honor of receiving the Edna Lumb Travel Scholarship and the Designs4Change Prize. My work is deeply inspired by African art, and Caribbean Heritage. I’m passionate about colour and people as it plays a crucial role in my creative process, often serving as the foundation and inspiration for my paintings, drawings and textiles.
