I am a self taught painter using various mediums to explore the inner landscape and how feelings can be transmuted into a language all its own through color, line and texture.
In the late 80s early nineties I took evening classes to explore design and life drawing. A bit later on my own, I discovered the freedom in abstract painting, using colors and forms in compositions that moved me--without a goal-- playing with several mediums. To this day, the process of creating an interesting, lively, personally expressive interior living environment with various forms of art thrills me. It's still about the colors and textures playing off each other and the infinite combinations. I enjoy bringing my vision of harmony and balance into the everyday experience and see the work as an extension and reflection of that. I also enjoy sharing it with others who share my vision.
In 2020, I founded House of Abstraction LLC. This site offers printed merchandise based on my original paintings. As well, collectors enjoy complimentary shipping and multiple purchase discounts on a selection of original paintings not available on Saatchi Art. Please take a look. Comments and inquiries are always welcomed.
