Born in Sofia, 7 August 1943.
1969 - graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts "Nikolai Pavlovich" | Sofia, Bulgaria
N. Maistorov’s main work is in the area of painting and graphics.
Currently, he is a full-time professor at the New Bulgarian University, Sofia, Department of Fine Arts.
