Menna Amer

Menna Amer is a multidisciplinary self-taught abstract and modern artist based in Cairo, Egypt. Menna’s
passion for art, creativity and art history
has grown as a strong part of her identity
ever since she was little and her practice
often operates as an entire creative
studio. Prior to starting her art career,
Menna served as a Public Policy and
Government Relations Consultant for
multiple multinationals, and has served as a civil servant and Senior Economist in the public office at the Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation, receiving
two awards from H.E Prime Minister for
government excellence.

Menna has a Master’s degree from SOAS, University of London and a Bachelor’s degree from the American University in Cairo.
