Osmeli Delgado

I was born in Venezuela where from infancy art played a key role in my life as I grew up surrounded by artists in my mother’s art gallery. I studied drawing and painting through most of my upbringing and graduated in 2008 from the Universidad Central de Venezuela with a degree in Architecture. I practiced architecture for four years in my native country applying my skills and creative aesthetic to interior design projects.Having always been a student of drawing and painting, the tridimensional aspects of architecture naturally led me to the formal study of sculpture where I became completely enamored with the medium.
In 2011, I decided to follow my passion, move to New York, and dedicate myself wholeheartedly to my art.
