Paola Pugliese

Paola Pugliese is a contemporary Argentine artist based in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

Her manipulation of media suits her expressive style, and she revels in the artistic process by drawing and emphasizing every feature of the painting.

“In my compositions, I like to experiment with various media and subjects. I begin a painting with an idea inspired by nature or a broader environment. Other creations may be based on a color scheme or a dynamic composition, with the act of layering and reworking until the desired result is achieved.”
