Patricia Ariane is a Brazilian/Italian artist born in São Paulo, Brazil.
Her artistic practice can be described as the pictorial representation of her daily extrasensory perceptions combined with the use of flat colors, bold lines and influences from movements such as Figurative, Expressionism, Abstract and Art Naif.
Each work of art is the result of an idea that arises through intuition. For the artist, painting is the means of communication for an experience of transferring feelings between author and spectator, in addition to art being a field of personal experimentation. Her fanciful perspectives seek to convey a bit of the artist and embrace a bit of the viewer through the act of contemplation developing a bond of expanded collective consciousness, where the artist's intuitive creations expand by connecting the artist's subconscious with the viewer's subconscious, giving rise to what the artist calls “creative imagination” and making the content of the work a field of unlimited possibilities. The artist also investigates various fields of knowledge such as philosophy, mythology, spirituality, psychoanalysis, parapsychology, biology, physics and neuroscience, a kind of artistic alchemy, investing in the combination and transformation of the artistic object. Painting since she was 3 years old, art has always been naturally present in the artist's life. She graduated the Fashion College in 2016, he graduated, but began to move towards art when a friend lent her the book “The Spiritual in Art”, by Wassily Kandinsky, in 2010. In 2011, she started working at a Cultural Agency where she had in her hands works by Marc Chagall and Picasso. From that moment on, she started selling her paintings independently until she started participating in group exhibitions in 2017. Her works can also be found in private collections around the world, in countries such as Denmark, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Canada, and the United States.
