Sa Patton

Scott Patton has one main objective with his art. It is to create inspiring and beautiful paintings that bring value to people and their spaces. Whether the genre is nautical, classical, faith or figurative, Patton’s work tells wonderful stories that evoke emotions.

From an early age of around seven the passion and gifting began to emerge, even if it was only a teacher’s raised eyebrow at a funny sketch he did. Scott’s high school art teacher noticed that he put more effort into his projects than most. For many years after high school, however, his desire for artistic expression was nearly suffocated with competing ambitions and the calling was nothing more than a faint whisper. However, Patton’s education continued into his college years at the University of Oklahoma and Southern Nazarene University.

Patton is essentially visual communicator. He speaks through images and real life drama and has been given a special eye for the beautiful, fascinating and awe-inspiring things that comprise our world. He only paints subjects that meet a very strict set of requirements and considers each painting a composition, not unlike a symphony orchestra or motion picture.
