ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I painted this 18x24 inch eco collage from a plastic sign. These signs are eye sores that fall over and disintegrate in the environment. I do paint in acyrilic but i am working to find an eco friendly paint medium to use. I have upcycled my junk mail and other papers.. I am inspired by the act of recreation from reused materials. Art materials are costly so i use what I have at hand. I started collaging and mixed media because it has no rules. I need that as a healing tool as part of my therapy..
