This mosaic panel was crafted entirely from recycled paper, utilizing packages and boxes from everyday products as its source. I love the idea of reusing waste materials to create art! Styrofoam, previously used for sound insulation, becomes a solid base for the panels once it is wrapped and covered with kraft paper and glue. The colors are already available; I just need to choose the right piece and cut it, so I don't need to worry about the paints and their smell. The design was completed with cotton threads from an old Guatemalan scarf. My pieces always reflect things that are happening in my life, and each piece of mosaic and collage is a cathartic way to rebuild myself from pain and loss. At the moment, I'm learning to sing and my singing style is Bossa Nova, Brazilian smooth jazz. The best way to start this adventure was with the Super Shure 55 microphone, which supports me in the sublime and challenging art of singing. It's more than a diamond to me, and that inspired this panel: an explosion of colors and bright lights to represent the joy of music and the fabulous amplification of my microphone! So I created a vintage colorful microphone "Limited Edition”, and it is my pleasure to present it to you! I believe that sustainable art can make a difference and inspire positive change through creative thinking and care for our planet. I truly believe that we can make a difference by supporting eco-friendly practices and promoting sustainability in the art world. The creative process starts there!

I’m an Italian-Brazilian artistic soul. I have always been a self-taught artist, passionate about all styles of mosaics. My aesthetic vision of life awakened at a very early age, initially drawn to the theatre and later to the fashion world. After a degree in Fashion Design - Creation and Production, all my studies focused on communication through costumes in theatrical performances. I currently work with photography and videography but have been active in plastic art since my first still-life painting in my teenage years. My pieces always reflect things that are happening in my life, and each piece of mosaic and collage is a cathartic way to rebuild myself from pain and loss. I have worked with different kinds of materials, but paper has always been my favorite. My recycled paper mosaics are inspired by movements such as Poor Art, and their feedstocks are packages and boxes of daily products. I love the idea of reusing waste materials to create art! The Styrofoam previously used for sound insulation became a solid base for the panels, once it was wrapped and covered with kraft paper and glue. The colors are already available; I just need to choose the right piece and cut it, so I don't need to worry about the paints and their smell. I believe that sustainable art can make a difference and inspire positive change through creative thinking and care for our planet. The creative process starts there! I accept commissions. My artworks are not for sale because their colors and symbols enrich my life, and I'm not ready to separate them from me. However, I do accept commissions and look forward to creating something unique for you. Please feel free to send me a DM on Instagram.
