An inhome, lie detector Story + Story + Lie is actually, part story telling and game show entertainment held evenings at Cafe Deux Soleils in Vancouver. Watching the poster guy paste posters motivated me weeks later, to removing some of the poster papers my transferring technique onto canvas Other artists such as Pablo Picasso and Jacques Villegle inspired me with their techniques and styles of mixed media, collaging, de-collaging and found objects. It is up to an officer's discretion whether to fine or not, and some people have been issued fines up to $4500.00. Fines are $250.00 a poster to being caught on the spot $478.00 in Canada. The day I removed posters a man questioned me, "Is that your job?" I responded with a freedom of expression smile," It is now." A pole, blanketed pole mirrored reflections of collage to me yet, not all poles were blanketed and of what now was decollage my teaching technique a lasting impression to the many passbyer's Having no employer, I wasn't paid for my services. As an artist I decollaged some poster papers which was contributing to the community and in my estimation my teaching technique does represent decollage. Truth is there is very little decollage in this painting. I am so thankful I wasn't fined however, a prosecutor or a judge would likely, have seen it as community hours anyway and truth is I wasn't doing anything wrong or illegal to someone printing a newpaper.
