The series of illustrations "How am I?" is an art project that aims to reflect and understand various aspects of mental health through the language of art. This series of illustrations tries to reveal the deepest emotional states of a person, allowing viewers to feel and comprehend their own feelings. This can help raise awareness about mental health and inspire others to seek help. At first, I wanted to clearly get into a certain emotion/state. The test was to ask my loved ones what emotions a particular illustration evoked in them. Over time, I began to notice how personal events in the lives of everyone who looked at the artwork affected their perception of it. And I came to the conclusion that it was actually more interesting to move in the opposite direction - not "what was the author trying to convey?" but "what do I feel when I look at the illustration?"
