The Painted World Print - Limited Edition of 12

The Painted World is inspired by a friend of mine who is a painter. I have always admired her work, and painting in general but never got around to working with physical paint. When I started my digital art journey, I have since sought to achieve a painterly style in my works. Worldbuilding is important to me, seeing as I started out as a writer and appreciated immersive storytelling. I have been writing a lot less lately, as I developed my eye for visual art- which may have weakened my hand in literary arts. However, I find myself getting the two arts to gravitate towards each other as I become better with time. The Painted World feels like what I have always imagined as my dream home space. A comfortable space, grounded like wood yet flighty like the sky. Greens and reds, blues and yellows- something of a harmonic rest- my vinyl resting place haha. Oe day I hope to own a guitar I can learn to play, or any stringed instrument for that matter, and this scene...this fever dream may become a reality I shall embrace like it was always here and never left.
