Made over lockdown 2020, the work is about how young people saw the unfolding of the past year and its twenty upheavals. The boy in the middle is based on my nephew Hugo who is turning 5 this year. He hasn't been out in public since the start of the pandemic. Parents' guide: There are 20 events depicted in "A Long Hard Look." Can you find all of them? 1) (Secondary schoolers and older): Choose one event that you see and write a minimum 200-word commentary 2) (All ages): Color it.
