Renaissance & Baroque Italian - UK Based Instagram, Twitter & Facebook Artists Bio: Antonella S. B. (b. 1989), is an Italian artist residing in the UK. As a child, she grew up in a small rural town in southern Italy and began studying painting as a self-taught artist. After moving to the UK in her teens she focused her studies on Art History and spent time learning about and recreating works by her biggest inspirations; the Renaissance and Baroque masters; Michelangelo Buonarroti, Leonardo Da Vinci & Caravaggio, as well as Impressionists J.M.W. Turner and the Pre-Raphaelites. She works using a chiaroscuro and glazing techniques, ensuring her art is true to the ways of the old masters.
