ABOUT THE ARTWORK
In the middle of the Himalayan mountains, far from the tourist trail, a small village appeared. It is 852 stone steps up the hill from the nearest road. I have spent a year without stable communications and internet, observing in amusement the slowly changing nature and lives of the local Himalayan peasants. Each drawing is very special for me as it captures the movement of the nature and life that is not so easy reachable for a modern person from the city like whom I represent.
