As I walk, I observe the interwoven nature of lifeless objects, lights, and living beings. Then, with a mind larger than usual, I start to draw. This is when I am at my sharpest and most vibrant self. Exploring the mundane and observing life moment by moment is my strangest yet most essential mission. To experience that sharp and delightful state, I wander through parks, cafés, meadows, forests, restrooms, shopping malls—anywhere you can imagine. My historical memory flows through time, intertwined with rural motifs, geometric shapes, and the bold, vegetal hues of handwoven carpets belonging to my homeland, Iran.
