NYC Abstracts 66-Empire is dedicated to the popular Art Deco landmark Empire State building that stands proudly on 34th Street and Fifth Avenue. It was built in 1930 during the depression and has been seen by millions of people who love going to the observation deck to get a panoramic view of New York City.
