ABOUT THE ARTWORK

PATH OF LIFE, 2011 (TinyHongKong Collection) Approx. Size: H23.4 x W33.1 inches (A1) Limited Edition 1 of 33 Visit for details and prices of other options. Art Description: PATH OF LIFE, 2011 (TinyHongKong Collection) Location: Wu Kai Sha Camera: Leica M6 Print on Cotton Artist Textured paper 310 gram *The artwork was developed from the film more than 10 years ago. We did a lot of procedures including handcraft and AI enhancement to make this work comes true, from a low-resolution photo, and make it paint-liked texture. It’s fun to try and error many times in this experimental process. It may not be perfect, but the imperfection made it Art. Story of the Artwork: Hong Kong is a special city, apart from the buildings, you can enjoy nature according to your preferred lifestyle. I took this artwork at the moment when the tide is out, so you can see there is a path that appears and people can walk on the land. Hong Kong is an amazing home place, I can enjoy different lifestyles on this tiny island, even nature. When I saw this moment, I felt the amazing power of visual that, different people or parties doing different things in a line of the path, and is it like the timeline of our lives? We are walking in one direction to death across the time, and people come and leave in our different phases of life. It’s interesting sometimes we only can move on even how much we wanna stay or don’t wanna changes. That's the story of this artwork. Hope you love my Artwork.
