Art Description

New Media: New Media, Manipulated on Other.

"The Fourth Succubus archetype of the Fallen Anima is Samigina, a Great Marchioness. At first her trigger symbol manifests as a vision of a small Horse, appearing as an Ass; but usually that of a Rocking-Horse, and then the small Horse will take on a visualised Witch form of a steampunk 'Alice In Wonderland' amidst the Triangle Of Art imagination.

She is a Vajrayoginī who is an Anuttarayoga Tantra Istadevatā (meditation deity) whose mediated upon symbolism initiates falling down the (hypnagogic trance) Rabbit hole (Yoni) into 'under ground' lucid dreams.

When to conjure Samigina into a lucid dream, it is said her Art Muse practice includes dream Yoga methods for preventing ordinary death, intermediate state (Bardo) and rebirth (by transforming them into paths to enlightenment), and for transforming all mundane (sinful) thoughts into higher spiritual paths via symbolic alchemy.

Practices associated with her are Chöd and the Six (Sexagram) Yogas of Naropa.

Her Art Muse office is the Surrealist inspiration of Mad Hatter (Avadhuta) Dali lucid dreams.

She rules over 30 Legions of Art Muses who to flutter around as obsidian butterflies within the microcosmic dream, a Surrealist Artist collects for his/her butterfly collection, when to pin (illustrate) their femme fatale forms within his/her macrocosmic grimoire."

Cults Of The Succubus - Kenneth Grunt (1975)

NOTE: The abstract symbol (sigil/seal) of Samigina, which is depicted in the Artwork is derived from the medieval grimoire entitled the Goetia.
