After graduating from the Secondary School, he entered the Faculty of Economics of Yerevan State University’s Ijevan Branch. In 2011, he received a Master's Degree, graduating from the Public Finance Management Department of the State Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia. He began engaging in art more deeply since January 6, 2022. The artist has many works, some of which are already in the personal collections of several individuals in Armenia, USA, Kazakhstan, Russia and Europe. In 2023 Arko participated in the annual ranking exhibition organized by the RA Union of Artists, where the work “Reflection of The Soul” . On December 2023, the artist’s first solo exhibition took place in Yerevan. On October 18, 2024, the artist’s second personal exhibition took place in Noyemboryan. On October 23, 2024, at the Cultural Center of the Embassy of Armenia in Russia, the grand opening of the exhibition “ARMENIA - THE CRADLE OF CIVILIZATION” took place, where the work “Ghost Town” was presented. https://www.facebook.com/arko.hovhannisyan2022
