I was born in 1955 in Bourg-en-Bresse Since my childhood, drawing has been part of my life, both personal and professional, not a day without drawing, all forms of representation graphics fascinate me. My painting came to light late, probably because the time had not come, it needed the spark from which the light would spring. It happens suddenly, brought on by a change of life and the discovery of Kandinsky’s complete works. Everything goes very quickly, my years of exercises have brought me all the keys to drawing and the sensitivity of representation, and thanks to my profession as an architect, I am educated in the art of perspective and spatial visualization. . Painting allows me to stage the evocation of reality, so life offers me the absolute privilege of a second passion after architecture. I paint according to my desires, the places and countries that I have just visited, shows or concerts that appeal to me, no subject is taboo to me, and my art expresses itself to represent my emotions. I like to experience the imagined universe intensely, to try to feel its excitement and lyricism, to make the wind blow and the snow to fall, to hear the tumult of cities, to illuminate the sensitivity of life in order to extract feelings from it.
