Art Description

Painting: Oil on Canvas.

Beautiful Julana was the most beautiful girl of the village. During the Second World War she was raped first by Russians then by Germans and so on.
After all she had to suffer she went mad. Julana died in an old age completely insane. Even now people sill call her Beautiful Julana.

I see that story as a punishment for beauty. Beauty that stands out of the crowd, beauty that surpasses every standard of beauty has to be punished, eliminated, destructed.

As if we would like to cut off the wings of an angel.
