I was born in Lithuania, in the city of Druskininkai. I am self-taught artist, didn‘t go to any art school. As a teenager, I became interested in drawing when a loved one said that my drawings were useless. So, in the beginning, creativity became a protest against the spoken words, and only later it became the way to self-expression and worldview. Favorite techniques: painting, graphics, assemblage and collage. With my work, I want to show the world how unpredictable art can be, just like the world around us: at first glance, incompatible objects and heroes can live side by side harmoniously: realism and surrealism, tradition and modernity, evil and good, black and white. I organized 25 solo exhibitions and took part in 12 general exhibitions. In 2022 acquired the status of an Artist, approved by the Ministry of Culture of Lithuania.
