I am a self-taught painter born in Kazakhstan. I moved to Germany at the age of 12 and have been living and working here ever since. For many years, I have been an active member of the Artists Gallery in Sankt Augustin, regularly exhibiting my work alongside fellow artists in our annual group shows. Art has been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. From a very young age, I spent countless hours painting and drawing, driven by a deep fascination with color and form. In school, I was often commissioned to create artwork for exhibitions, and over time, this led to private portrait commissions. Since 2010, I have been working professionally as a freelance artist. My primary medium is acrylic paint, which offers the flexibility and vibrancy I need to bring my vision to life. Through color, I seek to express subtle emotions, moods, and atmospheres. My work focuses on capturing light and the natural beauty that surrounds us — the harmony of landscapes, the richness of textures, and the interplay of shades that nature so effortlessly provides. While landscapes are my preferred subject, I occasionally explore still life painting. My style is rooted in impressionism, with a strong emphasis on color harmony. I am constantly experimenting with new tones and combinations, striving to create unique color nuances that reflect not only the external world but also my inner emotional landscape. My goal is to evoke a sense of beauty and connection in the viewer — to share what words often cannot express, but color can.
