Hello and welcome. My name is Anna Ami. I was born in Ukraine in 1984, and now I live in Spain. I am really passionate about abstract art and mostly textured compositions of colors and shapes. And here, I can live out all my creative fantasies and ideas. My paintings are full of life, passion, and joy, so... if you like, you can have a piece of this joy and happiness in your own home. My paintings reflect a journey in search of new experiences. At the same time, the spectator is invited to share this journey. Abstract art, for me, is the fact that it is boundless. Regardless of their culture or background, each person can see themselves in it and experience their own emotions. Large format cityscapes and universal themes such as nature. Abstract and based on color harmonies, perspectives, verticals, and horizontals, rhythmic balance is pleasing to the eye. My motto in painting is "Break the rules." Experiments and combining diverse materials and techniques. I use acrylic paints, various structure pastes, stone flour, chalk, ink, and other artistic materials. Both strong and subtle colors and surface structures inspire me. Materials are vital for me due they are essential to resist at the time, that's why I used only linen canvas and Acrylic...this material is deformable anti warp and the best in the world. A high-quality varnish protects all my works, the edges are painted, and the paintings are ready to hang. I'm constantly looking for new ways to continue to surprise myself before surprising others.
