About The Artwork
Roots of my symbolism can be found in an ancient art (Minoan and Mikan cultures as well Etruscan civilization), which is especially noticeable on frescoes. Interpreting European symbolism and adding elements of Eastern culture, I create my own urban style. Technique of combining dense ornamentation with flat imagery of characters partly coincides with works of Gustav Klimt. The expressiveness of forms and dynamics of stories have a huge impact on Me. This style is supported by such artists as Sutin, Picasso, Guttuzo and Eisenstein.

I, Egor Zamaraev, is born on August 14, 1968 in Minsk, Belarus. In 1983 i was not admitted to the Art School. Since 1985, i was a cadet at the Marine School (Claipeda, Lithuania). In 1988-1990 i servicemember of the Soviet Army. From 1990 to 1993 i was a student of the Faculty of Architecture of the Belarusian Polytechnic Academy. In 1993-1997 i was a player of the professional American football club Minsk Bisons. Since 1997 i has been working as an architect. From 1999 to 2009, a whole collection of art paintings was created, this is the most vivid and productive period in my work. Each piece of art from this collection is special and unique. Currently, I live in Gdansk, Poland. I have a family and two children. his works are in various private collections around the world (Germany, Switzerland, France, Russia and the Caucasus). At that time, I was already actively engaged in fine art.
