This painting is the fifth of a series of six paintings created with a very limited palette of red and orange with some brown. The white spaces bind the elements together to create a pleasant mood. The series is inspired by the thought of combining a realistic approach with a touch of abstraction. The painting leads the viewer on the pathway towards the edge where the absence of details suggests a potential surprise on the other side.
