"En-transe" Print

Having a path always turned towards the human being and its mode of operation which is complex, I quickly became passionate about the analysis of this one. From an early age I was immersed in different art forms such as dance and theatre. After a master's degree in psychology (mental health), psychoanalysis and training in art therapy, I turned all my attention to the analysis of the unconscious, which is a subject that fascinates me. The unconscious is for me something that is invisible, impalpable but for some not provable. I have the belief that it guides our being throughout our life and that it must then be listened to and analyzed. Self-taught, I work only on intuition and imagination, in a total letting go in order to let this unconscious which is part of me express itself fully. My work is mostly abstract but can, depending on the period and the moment, lead me towards surrealism. I like to take this time to listen to myself and to follow this instinct. This one guides me on the choice of colors, shapes but also on the places and the location of the support where it seems good to me to paint. It gives me the direction and the place where to go and deposit color, scrape, slide or simply go to rectify, retouch. My painting and my technique are constantly evolving over time. I like to use large supports and different tools such as spatulas in order to be able to fully express myself through movement. My body and my mind are fully mobilized when I paint. I like having the space to project with the paint all my feelings, resentments and emotions. Once again, everything will depend on the moment and periods of my life, on what must come out of my being at that precise moment. This is how painting became something vital for me. A crutch that supports me on a daily basis, that allows me to escape and at the same time to find myself. I render, thanks to this material which is painting, this invisible, visible. I express what cannot be said or spoken, what is indescribable, inexplicable and often unconscious. Painting then leads me to walk on different new tracks and research. It allows me to "see" and "understand".
