ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This piece is part of my most recent series, centered around fashion. Inspired by my accumulated years of working in NYC as a model. One of the first things as I was told as a model, by my agents, was to make sure I had "enviable features." Enviable hair, enviable nails, enviable clothes. Playing a part makes you feel like you are not your own, and hopefully this piece captures the vanity, luster, and repression of these experiences.
