The painting reflects my vision of the biblical story of original sin, namely the famous biblical story of the first woman. The painting depicts a very young naked woman enjoying a moonlit night. She cannot imagine the future, understand the consequences, or understand what is happening. She is young and naive. And then the question arises, why did the Bible impose such a grave sin on the first young woman? If Eve could know what is good and what is evil, she would have a choice. It seems to me that this question lies in the plane of prohibitions. But we all know how sweet the forbidden fruit is. I want to believe that perhaps we now have a choice. And our ability to philosophize is based on what we think we know what is evil and what is evil. The painting is done in a classic style, in muted natural dark colors.
