ABOUT THE ARTWORK

This painting is symbol and representation of life, love, and light. It is also a symbol of initiation into the secret mysteries. With Alister Crowley representing "The Beast" in a recreation of the famous "Baphomet", or the Goat of Mendes. The use of symbology and endogeneity is of a great importance in occult philosophy as it is representing the highest level of initiation in the quest of becoming “one with God”. Here in the painting he is representing Nature and natures God being a combination & balance of male and female forces, light and darkness, it's also representative of mystical perfection through a union of opposites to create Astral Light – the basis of magic and, ultimately, enlightenment.. The very principle of Hermes Trismegitus: As Above So Below”. . Also depicted here is the unity of the five Platonic elements: earth, water, air, fire and aether. The Eye of Providence, Caduceus, Oak Crown, all major symbols of the mystery schools and esoteric philosophy... Overall an idol or hieroglyph that represents the God Amon (Jupiter Amon or Amon-Ra) who is “The Hidden One,” “King of the Gods,” and the “Lord of the Thrones” of the visible and the invisible worlds. In addition, the meaning of the name “Father of the Temple, universal peace of men”. For High Quality Video go to link here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3W4f8XjFP9Y
