The Fence was inspired by the camp of people displaced by conflict in the northern part of Nigeria, Tho seriously disadvantaged by current situation, the kids are still determined to become great in the society. This art work depeicts the determination and belief in the eyes of the boy to break the barrier he faces, the fence. This is a charcoal and acrylic piece. An inspiring piece that is a source of motivation to keep striving against all odds.
