Every life includes experiences that could break us. If you are reading these words none of these experiences in your life have broken you. We choose to take the next step putting one foot in front of the other. Each time we choose to go on we are being heroic. Each time we choose to go on, putting one foot in front of the other despite tragedy, despite challenges, we create inspiration for others. Sometimes life feels like walking the sharp edge of a knife in your bare feet. The pain is unbelievable and messy. It seems like you are leaving an invisible trail of blood. Don't lose your balance. The result could kill you. Being here, reading this, you are my hero. I don't know how you got here but I do know not all of it has been easy. Yet here you stand, and you will go on. To quote a saying, "No man is an island". We all journey in the company of heroes.
